    The outage has been resolved.
  2. INVESTIGATING
    We have identified the cause of recent service disruptions or connectivity issues to Telocity Services as a failure of an upstream core internet transit provider, resulting in a widespread internet outage. At no time did our systems lose connectivity to our transit providers or experience any internal system failures. Our network maintained full availability for customers whose traffic did not rely on the affected upstream provider.
